- Assist with copywriting across online communication channels including website and social media.
- Manage all forms of social media and digital media networks and channels to drive the business online.
- Plan social marketing calendars and schedules/uploads approved content on social media platforms.
- Assist with content creation and social media strategy.

- Conceptualise and produce engaging and viral social content to make IT trending.

- Assist with in-store publicity materials.
- Brief artworks, if applicable (banners to support new launch and collab for WHS).
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop; Illustrator is a bonus.
- Monitor and prepare reports on the performance of social media platforms post-mortem to achieve effective marketing goals (KPIs) and ROI that increase awareness, engagement and sales where applicable.
- Liaise with delivery platforms such as Food Panda, Grab Food, Shopee Food, etc.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management/marketing or equivalent.
- This position is based in Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.
- The candidate must be available to work during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm, Alternate Saturday 8.30 am-5.30 pm).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to speak/write in Mandarin is an advantage.
