  • Assist with copywriting across online communication channels including website and social media.
  • Manage all forms of social media and digital media networks and channels to drive the business online.
  • Plan social marketing calendars and schedules/uploads approved content on social media platforms.
  • Assist with content creation and social media strategy.
  • Monitor social media channels and update social data.
  • Conceptualise and produce engaging and viral social content to make IT trending.
  • Conceptualise and produce retail shop marketing and promotions.
  • Track, monitor and understand content performance through insights and analytics.
  • Track, analyse and present content performance, with actionable insights for improvements.
  • Identify, explore and manage opportunities and partnerships.
  • Assist with in-store publicity materials.
  • Brief artworks, if applicable (banners to support new launch and collab for WHS).
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop; Illustrator is a bonus.
  • Monitor and prepare reports on the performance of social media platforms post-mortem to achieve effective marketing goals (KPIs) and ROI that increase awareness, engagement and sales where applicable.
  • Liaise with delivery platforms such as Food Panda, Grab Food, Shopee Food, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Candidate must possess or currently be pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business studies/administration/management/marketing or equivalent.
  • This position is based in Taman Mount Austin, Johor Bahru.
  • The candidate must be available to work during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8.30 am-5.30 pm, Alternate Saturday 8.30 am-5.30 pm).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to speak/write in Mandarin is an advantage.
