  • Issue sales orders when receiving orders from the sales team.
  • Coordinating and scheduling delivery planning with the warehouse coordinator.
  • Update sales details and delivery planning into the company database.
  • Failing customer purchase order, delivery order, sales invoice etc.
  • Mail out the customer invoice, statement & official receipt to the customer.
  • Prepare a sales agenda and stock list for the sales team.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly and yearly sales achievement reports.
  • Prepare a customer commission claim document.
  • Debtor ageing report shared with the sales team.
  • Issue the salesman commission.
  • Issue the quotation for customers when required.
  • Record the meeting minutes and keep a file.
  • Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides, brochures, samples, forms etc.
  • Prepare a memo of promotion for our customer.
  • Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
  • Completed any ad-hoc task assigned by Management/Supervisor/Head of Department.
  • Job responsibilities change from time to time according to organisation requirements.
