- Issue sales orders when receiving orders from the sales team.
- Coordinating and scheduling delivery planning with the warehouse coordinator.
- Update sales details and delivery planning into the company database.
- Failing customer purchase order, delivery order, sales invoice etc.
- Mail out the customer invoice, statement & official receipt to the customer.
- Prepare a sales agenda and stock list for the sales team.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, half-yearly and yearly sales achievement reports.
- Prepare a customer commission claim document.
- Debtor ageing report shared with the sales team.
- Issue the salesman commission.
- Issue the quotation for customers when required.
- Record the meeting minutes and keep a file.
- Maintaining supplies of sales presentation materials, including slides, brochures, samples, forms etc.
- Prepare a memo of promotion for our customer.
- Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
- Completed any ad-hoc task assigned by Management/Supervisor/Head of Department.
