- To assist and support customer to implement system.
- High school diploma or degree equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- Able to train and support computerized accounting system.
- Able to handle basic accounting & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Windows application and networking.
- Own transport and willing to travel locally.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as in house training will be provided and partial work from home will be considered.
