- Managing accounts payable and receivable documents.
- Bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
- To do verification of receipt (cash, cheque and credit card), and key-in receipt transaction into accounting system.
- Handling petty cash
- Working with spreadsheets, ledger and journals
- Included documentation, printing & filing duties.
- Assists Superior to prepare accounting reports when required and any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
- Minimum Certificate / Vocational / Diploma
- Minimum 1 year working experience in accounting roles.
- Able speak English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
- Skills required: Account Payable, Account Receivable, Credit Management, Microsoft Excel, Bookkeeping, Account Management, Financial Accounting, Reporting
- Multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-Solving skills
- Time Management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- MS Office particularly Excel and Outlook and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
