Key responsibilities:-  Pick up all items from store room and stores them properly in the kitchen Storeroom and cold room.  Clean and washes all daily vegetables or meat and seafood production.  To ensure full compliance of cooking recipes and procedures.  To aim for company goal and to ensure cleanliness are meet at all times.  Prepares all garnishes the cooks need.  To ensure clean all the plates and utensils using dishwasher machine and daily garbage disposal duty  To report all necessary repairs of equipment to Superior.  Assist cooks in peeling and cutting vegetables.  Cleans and maintains work areas, equipment and cold room.  To make sure that Mise en place for all function are done.  Have a recipe book where all recipes are recorded.  Observes food being cooked and samples all food prepared.  Follows all training programs which are conduct in the hotel.  Ensure personal cleanliness and follow the hotel sanitation standards.  To ensure all machines, equipment, furniture and utensils are cleaned and in good working condition at all times.  To perform duties common to all rank and files employee and other duties as may assigned.  To know basic fire drill procedure.
