Assistant Engineer with Mechanical Engineering- Nilai

Job Description Responsibilities:- • Responsible for meeting quality standards and deadlines for products. • Supervise and manage resources to achieve production target and quality. • Responsible on taking corrective and/or preventive action based on abnormality report. • To ensure all machine running smoothly base on planning and using right standard procedure (SOP). • To verify all machine and equipment's used in production area are service and maintain its functionality at all times. • Conduct any investigation related to production issue by practicing problem solving tools such as 5WHY and Fishbone diagram. • To lead monthly stock check (WIP) for fabric, chemical and dyestuff. • Assist superior for production study to improve efficiency and quality of our product. • Prepare documentation to comply with ISO 9001 2015. • Required to verify all control documents that related to audit and make sure the documents follow Good Documents Practice (GDP). • To arrange, control, supervising and conduct training to worker. • To ensure all worker performing their job following SOP/WI/Safety procedure. • To control subordinate performance and discipline at respective area. • Closely follow safety procedures to prevent accidents. Requirements:- • Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • Fresh graduates / Junior Exec with 2-3 years’ experience. • Self-motivated and active team member. • Able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Able to work for overtime if needed. • Able to work in hot/non air-conditioning working environment. • Have experience in controlling subordinate (operator) will be advantage. • Knowledge in ISO 9001 2015 and safety & health will be an advantage.
