- To promote new products to instore retailer & staff
- Attracting walk in customers instore and product sharing
- Assisting with product launches and events
- Improving knowledge of the product range
- Answering questions and addressing customer concerns
- Actively engaging with customers
- To collect contractor database for future marketing info sharing.
- Arrange instore merchandise to look tidy and attractive to customers
- Provide product selection guidance to customers
- Submit report on customers’ interest levels, questions asked, products sold, etc
A successful Sales Merchanidser candidate will possess several prerequisite skills and qualifications to complete their job duties. These include:
- Language : Mandarin, Bahasa & English. Mandarin Dialect will be good to have.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM or above
- Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Verbal communication, conversationalist
- Self-motivated, takes proactive approach
- Memorization, to share product knowledge and details
- Outgoing personality
- Have and be able to use a smartphone for digital communication
- Organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license or another reliable mode of transportation
- Willing to travel to designated locations (rotating basis)
