About This Vacancy: Talent Houz is representing our client, a leading provider of 3D engineering solutions specializing in CAD/CAM software. As they continue to expand in Malaysia and Singapore, they are growing their team and looking for a Business Development Executive to drive sales and market expansion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through cold calls, emails, and research while leveraging sales tools to track and nurture prospects. This role involves conducting outreach, presenting engineering software solutions, addressing objections, and negotiating pricing to close deals. A strong technical understanding of engineering software, excellent communication skills, and a proactive sales mindset are essential. Fluency in Mandarin would be an added advantage. Job Responsibilities : * Prospect new leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and other lead-generation methods. * Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, timeline, and purchasing authority. * Research potential customers to understand their industry, challenges, and buying signals. * Use sales tools (CRM, email campaigns, etc.) to track and nurture leads. * Maintain a deep understanding of company products/services. * Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospects and answer questions about solutions. * Negotiate terms and pricing, close deals, and convert prospects into customers Qualifications & Experiences Needed : * Bachelor in Business or Engineering or IT or in any related field. * 1 - 2 years of working experience from sales or customer services related jobs. * Experienced in B2B or B2C, would be encouraged to apply. * Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. * Effective communication skills, soft-spoken, and proactive. * Comfortable with cold calling, as it is a key part of the role. * Fluent in English, in professional settings. (Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage).
