About the Role
- We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator / Clerk.
- Join the team at GLORY DELI FOOD SDN. BHD. in Puncak Alam, Selangor.
- This full-time role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions.
- Support the finance team in ensuring the smooth running of the company's financial operations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
- Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documents like payroll and claims in a timely manner.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Assisting daily operational duties and performing ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
- Managing office maintenance and responsible for office administrative tasks.
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues in the financial records.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Language required: English & Mandarin
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounts administration or clerical role.
- Proficiency in using SQL accounting software or equivalent and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good planning and organizing skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
