About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator / Clerk.
  • Join the team at GLORY DELI FOOD SDN. BHD. in Puncak Alam, Selangor.
  • This full-time role will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting functions.
  • Support the finance team in ensuring the smooth running of the company's financial operations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
  • Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documents like payroll and claims in a timely manner.
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assisting daily operational duties and performing ad-hoc projects assigned from time to time.
  • Managing office maintenance and responsible for office administrative tasks.
  • Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues in the financial records.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Language required: English & Mandarin
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in an accounts administration or clerical role.
  • Proficiency in using SQL accounting software or equivalent and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good planning and organizing skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
