Key Responsibilities: -Enter and update data accurately in company databases and systems Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies -Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information -Organize and maintain electronic and paper records -Generate reports and retrieve data as needed -Assist with data cleanup and database management -Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity -Follow company procedures and data entry guidelines Requirements & Skills: -High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or administration is a plus -Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role -Fast and accurate typing skills (X WPM preferred) -Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and database software -Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors -Good organizational and time management skills -Ability to handle confidential information with discretion -Strong communication skills and ability to work independently weekends if required
