- Assist the IT Sales Manager in managing client accounts, maintaining relationships, and coordinating sales activities.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and presentations.
- Coordinate sales meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes for discussions.
- Respond to client inquiries, schedule follow-up calls, and help with the processing of orders and inquiries.
- Ensure that all sales documentation, contracts, and orders are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in managing customer databases, track sales and customer activity.
- Liaise with other departments, including marketing and logistics, to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide personal assistance to the Sales Manager, including calendar management, scheduling appointments, and handling adhoc tasks as needed.
- Manage communication between the Sales Manager and other internal teams or external partners.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistics are taken care of.
- Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence for the Sales Manager.
- Manage the Sales Manager’s email inbox, prioritizing urgent tasks and responding on their behalf when necessary.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, fresh graduates are welcomed.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales support. Prior experience in IT sales or technology industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English; proficiency in Cantonese is a must.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and be proactive in anticipating the needs of the Sales Manager.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
