Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital Marketing: • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights. • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms, website, and newsletters. • Create engaging visual content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website visuals, and promotional materials. • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement. • Respond to customer inquiries and generate leads through social media channels. Content Creation & Design: • Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and promotional content. • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. • Work closely with advertising agencies on the production of marketing materials. Market Research & Sales Support: • Assist in organizing monthly meetings with local and regional sales representatives. • Support the sales team with sales analysis and reporting. • Occasionally visit customers and markets (domestic and international) to gather market insights. • Reporting & Administrative Tasks: • Prepare bi-weekly social media performance reports. • Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required by the sales and marketing team. Requirements: Education & Experience: • At least Diploma in Marketing, Business, IT, Mass Communication, or a related field. • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, video content creation, or website development. • Experience in new product design and product launches is a plus. Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). • Familiarity with social media marketing, including content creation and best practices. • Experience in website design and development is an advantage. • Knowledge of webinars, video production, and short-form content creation is a plus. Language & Communication: • Proficiency in English (verbal and written). • Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. • Multilingual candidates are preferred. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with internal teams and external clients. Personal Attributes: • Highly organized, with excellent time management and follow-up skills. • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a strong understanding of branding and marketing principles. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Social media-savvy and up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
