Principal

You are responsible in education and vocational function. You are responsibility and instructional leadership for the planning, operation, supervision, and evaluation of the Company’s educational program. You are to train Educators and provide them with necessary guidance on the right teaching methods and teaching aids / materials. Ensure the equipment canter is in clean and good condition. Ensure all students are in safe condition. You are responsible for planning and arranging meetings with parents regarding students’ Individual Education Plan (RPI) and to brief parents on students’ progress. Supervised the Educator’s performance according to yearly KPI appraisal. You are to perform other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the Company. To chair, plan execute and drive the team in completing the administration of all aspects of the syllabus, RPI, Data collection, teaching related matters with all teachers. To liaison between parents, teachers, and students to ensure smooth communication between all company’s top management. Manage budget, including prepare, administer, and oversee the budget.
