Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent work experience). Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical supervisory or leadership role. Hands-on experience in the relevant technical field (e.g., IT, manufacturing, engineering). Proven track record of managing and leading a technical team. Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in relevant technical software/tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
