Responsibilities 1. Assist in the incorporation of new companies and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act and relevant laws. 2. To prepare, arrange and filing of statutory forms. 3. Assist in proper maintenance of statutory registers, minutes book, statutory documents, administrative records, updating of register etc. 4. Assist in corporate secretarial work including routine/standard advisory work. 5. Assist in preparing resolutions, minutes of meetings and LHDN stamping. 6. Assist in providing advice on compliance requirements and ensure client’s compliances with statutory and regulatory requirements. 7. Perform office internal secretarial/administration duties. 8. Other Ad hoc tasks as required by the superior from time to time. Qualifications . Able to work independently with minimum supervision. · Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply. · Certificate/Diploma holders/Bachelor's degree in business studies/admin/finance/ accounting/banking/human resources are also welcome to apply. · Those with extensive experience but without the necessary qualification are also encouraged to apply. · Computer literate, good communication and interpersonal skills. · Able to start immediately or within short notice. · Incentive will be paid based on KPI.
