Documentation
  • Vet the accuracy of documents within turnaround time (TAT) for PA execution;
  • up with the solicitor on the rectification of discrepancies in the documents on timely basis;
  • Update document status in AS400 upon return of security documents duly executed by PA;
  • Check and prepare Letter of Undertaking to the developer and vendor;
  • up on status of documentation with solicitor;
  • Ensure E-Disbursement platform is updated accordingly.

Release
  • Update advise release status in AS400 for all release documents received from solicitors;
  • Handle enquiries from solicitor/developer/sales staff on the status of release;
  • Check advise of Release received from solicitors within TAT and ensure all relevant terms & conditions have been complied with and update credit documentation checklist;
  • up with solicitors on the rectification of discrepancies in the advice of release on timely basis;
  • Liaises with the Valuer on valuation report status;
  • Check and release MRTA financed amount, valuer and solicitors' fees for facility under FLV and easy entry package;
  • Verify billings against architect certificate and schedule of payment for direct purchase from Developer cases;
  • Prepare release vouchers / complete E-Disbursement platform payment information for RCO posting;
  • To ensure accuracy of system maintenance and data integrity, i.e. interest rates, loan and instalment amount, SI and other critical data fields;
  • Assist in the investigation of LPI complaint/VOC cases and request chronological of events from the Solicitors and ensure it is attended/resolved within TAT;
  • Preparation of data support for submission to Legal Department for legal advice where necessary;
  • Assist in sorting documents for scanning into EDMS

Progressive Release
  • Prepare the progressive release voucher for authoriser to release the progressive payment to the developer/master chargee;
  • Update property address and fire insurance for landed/master title for final release;
  • Prepare SRF to RCO team for cases required to Commence Instalment;
  • Tagging and removing messages for accounts under status delayed/abandoned project and special messages;
  • Sending TAT report on monthly basis;
  • Check SADA listing and send letter to the architect to verify on the stage of completion;
  • Seek approval from Project Financing Department on delayed/abandoned project upon receipt of billing.
