Position : Coordinator (China Recruitment) Department : International Marketing Department, HELP University Duties: 1. To assist the Head of Department & Senior Manager (International Marketing) in international marketing and business development in China. 2. Stays abreast of changes in assigned marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization. 3. To coordinate and plan for international roadshow and exhibitions in China including logistics, administrative issues and etc. 4. To liaise with the China agents/representatives on matter pertaining to programme marketing and student recruitment. 5. To strive to ensure China recruitment targets are met. 6. To ensure links and relationships with the international agents/ representatives are sustained through dissemination of information. 7. To ensure execution of good key account management functions of international marketing (i.e. agent management, enquiry management and etc.). 8. To perform career and education advisory and course counselling duties professionally and promptly (i.e. face to face, via email or telephone) 9. To explore, research and penetrate new Indonesia markets for recruitment and franchising. 10. To develop marketing materials for China market. 11. To manage the market intelligence function database. Specifications: 1. Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline. 2. At least 2 years working experience in international marketing in education industry is required for this position. 3. Ability to manage multiple projects, both tactical and strategic to meet time and budgetary deadlines. 4. Energetic and able to work long hours and on weekends. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure. 6. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels with good communications skills in English and Mandarin is a must. 7. Proficiency in Bahasa and/or dialects or languages will be an added advantage.
