Market Expansion – Identify and develop new customers, markets, and business opportunities, especially in sustainable packaging, food packaging, and paper straws.
Client Relationship Management – Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs to ensure long-term cooperation.
Sales Strategy – Analyze market trends, create effective sales plans and marketing strategies, and achieve sales targets.
Business Negotiation – Independently handle negotiations, pricing, and contract agreements to close deals successfully.
Brand Promotion – Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events to enhance brand visibility and build a strong business network.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with production, R&D, and procurement teams to optimize customer solutions and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, preferably in the packaging, printing, or food packaging industry.
Proven experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of developing international or large corporate clients.
Knowledge of paper materials (coated/uncoated, kraft, duplex board, art paper, etc.), paper sizes (custom packaging dimensions), and offset printing (Heidelberg, Komori, Man Roland machines, CMYK & Pantone color theory, print finishing techniques) is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to acquire and retain clients.
Fluent in English and Mandarin; proficiency in Cantonese or Malay is a plus.
