• Assist in administrative work and office maintenance, including but not limited to upkeep of a healthy working environment, receiving courier documents and guests. • Written communication including but not limited to drafting of documents or letter for internal &/or external parties. • Liaison with authority and certification body. • Assist in day-to-day procurement support activities for selected trade products, services and office supplies • Assist in staff affairs management i.e. processing staff attendance, claims, and other HR related affairs as and when required. • Assist in finance and accounts related affairs. Requirements: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma. - At least 1 years working experience in clerical or related field. - Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. - Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure. - Able to communicate with English averagely. - Posses own transport.
