Position Summary

The Production Intern will be taking care of Vinda Manufacturing Academy (VMA) and Work Instructions (WI) Refinement.

Working Location: Vinda SEA HQ (Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang, next to Setia Alam)

You will play an essential role to:

  1. Facilitate communication between module owners from VMA and WI to ensure seamless coordination. Collaborate on updating videos, descriptions, and additional information for each module.
  2. Collaborate with module owners to enhance the current vision, focusing on improvements aligned with the module's objectives.
  3. Provide ongoing recommendations aimed at enhancing the module's appeal and improving its clarity and comprehension.
  4. Conduct trials to gauge the effectiveness of module revisions among production associates during training sessions.
  5. Provide weekly updates on progress and challenges to implement new strategic plans aimed at enhancing the VMA and WI activities.
  6. Devote time to familiarize oneself with the workflow and activities at the machine level for each module, enabling the generation of impactful summarizes and potential upgrades for the modules.

To be successful in this intern role, you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline with latest CGPA of 3.00
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
  • Able to work with less supervision
