  • Anticipate potential risks and propose solutions to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Conduct internal briefings to update the marketing team on upcoming roadshows.
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials for promotional events.
  • Arrange manpower and pack required logistics for events and roadshows.
  • Liaise and coordinate with vendors and contractors to fulfill event requirements.
  • Identify new event and partnership opportunities within the B2B sector.

    Pre-Event Preparations

    • Understand the key objectives of each event before drafting a detailed proposal.
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with branding and promotional goals.
    • Manage the procurement of event materials and logistics.
    • Develop event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth execution.

      Event Logistics & Facilitation

      • Work closely with event agencies for setup and teardown of events.
      • Ensure all product displays and materials are properly managed and stored.
      • Provide on-site support and oversee the smooth running of roadshows and promotional events.

        Inventory Management & Procurement

        • Organize and track product display samples for roadshows.
        • Source event-related materials from local and international suppliers.
        • Manage vendor communications for timely delivery, collection, and payment processing.

          Tracking & Evaluation

          • Analyze event performance, track key metrics, and ensure KPIs are met.
          • Identify areas for improvement and work with relevant teams to implement changes.
          • Prepare and present pre and post-event reports during weekly team meetings.
          • Maintain and update the customer contact database.

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event marketing, roadshows, or brand activation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness industries is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required for events.
