  • Prepare Profit and Loss Account as well as company Balance Sheet.
  • Reconcile all Account Payables and Account Receivables in line with the General Ledger.
  • To liaise with auditors and external parties in related issue of accounting.
  • Prepare bank and intercompany reconciliation for current account and bank facilities.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Reconciliation of Account Payable Sub Ledger with General Ledger and supplier statement.
  • Prepare costing report for Group of Companies and provide variance report.
  • Establish and implement effective accounting procedures, policies, internal control in compliance with the local statutory requirement.
  • Prepare monthly payables budget and payment summary report.
  • Checking entire entries made in accounting software.
  • Any other related work assigns by the superior from time to time.
  • Minimum with Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
  • Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Skills required: Accounting Principles, Financial Analysis, Software Proficiency, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of Taxation
  • At least 3 years related work experiences in the related field.
  • Familiar with ERP (Goldsoft) or Autocount software will be an advantage.
  • Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as requires with Mandarin speaking clients.
