- Prepare Profit and Loss Account as well as company Balance Sheet.
- Reconcile all Account Payables and Account Receivables in line with the General Ledger.
- To liaise with auditors and external parties in related issue of accounting.
- Prepare bank and intercompany reconciliation for current account and bank facilities.
- Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
- Reconciliation of Account Payable Sub Ledger with General Ledger and supplier statement.
- Prepare costing report for Group of Companies and provide variance report.
- Establish and implement effective accounting procedures, policies, internal control in compliance with the local statutory requirement.
- Prepare monthly payables budget and payment summary report.
- Checking entire entries made in accounting software.
- Any other related work assigns by the superior from time to time.
- Minimum with Diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
- Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Skills required: Accounting Principles, Financial Analysis, Software Proficiency, Attention to Detail, Knowledge of Taxation
- At least 3 years related work experiences in the related field.
- Familiar with ERP (Goldsoft) or Autocount software will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as requires with Mandarin speaking clients.
