Position: Admin Assistant (Purchase/Warehouse)

Working Location: Senai, Johor

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm

Salary: RM 2k to RM 3k Basic (depending on exp & last drawn)

Job Descriptions:

  • Assist in purchasing raw materials, packaging, and supplies.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers.
  • Maintain and update supplier records and inventory data.
  • Verify received goods and ensure proper storage (FIFO).
  • Support stock management, warehouse documentation, and logistics coordination.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing and warehouse operations.
  • Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
  • Qualifications Required:

    • At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administrative roles, ideally in a manufacturing working environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
