- Handle Human Resource functions, including payroll management for staff & workers.
- Involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process.
- Responsible for foreign worker management (IMIGRESEN), including permit renewal, check-out memo, FOMEMA, passport renewal, clearing workers at KLIA, etc.
- Liaise with agents for working permit processes.
- Record and calculate overtime for staff and workers.
- Ensure all employees comply with HR policies.
- Handle HR-related matters, such as leave records, attendance tracking, and staff welfare.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases in compliance with ISO 9001.
- Update Government Agency Enquiries, including EPF, SOCSO, SIP, Income Tax, E-Filing LHDN, etc.
- Prepare HR documents, such as appointment letters, confirmations, show cause letters, warning letters, and other employment-related documents.
- Liaise with HODs and Line Managers in planning, executing, and organizing training programs, including applying for training grants.
- Conduct preparations for company events.
- Handle the implementation of 5S.
- Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of HR experience, with a track record of success in various HR functions.
- Experience in managing and developing teams with a passion for nurturing talent.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia (Additional language is an added advantage).
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask efficiently, and pay attention to details.
- Excellent Communication and Conflict-resolution Skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Willingness to work in Klang, Selangor.
