1. Design and develop PCB layout. 2. Study and benchmark new product samples from the market and apply into the company product system. 3. Transfer EMS technical information from R&D to production, QA, and related department. 4. Support in-vehicle study in pertaining to product electrical concern. 5. Plan and arrange material resources for new product sample making. 6. Technical discussion with vendor about PCB design, problem, and modification. 7. Technical support to production and QA teams in product problem analysis, troubleshooting and countermeasure. 8. Onsite support new product trial-run. 9. Technical discussion with customer on electronic design issues and support onsite development activities. 10. Responsible in DFMEA analysis for electronic engineering design. 11. Develop and maintain documentation, including specifications, drawings, and design review checklist. 12. Arrange new electronic parts /samples study and evaluation activities. 13. Engage VAVE activities and engineering change. 14. Ensuring compliance to all Health, Safety and Environmental Social Governance procedural and practices. 15. Competency Skills I - Proven experience and knowledge in a relevant role. II - A strong understanding of testing methodologies on functional test, performance test and reliability test. III - Great analytical and problem-solving skills. IV - Ability to pay attention to details. V - The ability to communicate well with customers, colleagues, and lower-level staff. VI - Ability to multitask efficiently and good at managing time. VII - Good common sense and logic thinking.
