- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role, typically 3-5 years, demonstrating a track record of managing personnel and projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations is essential.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills necessary for managing diverse teams and interfacing with clients and stakeholders.
