About the Role The Four Seasons Resort Langkawi is looking for Room Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guest's experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization. - Clean and self-inspect guestrooms as assigned by management and in accordance with hotel standards. - Inspect rooms, checking standards of cleanliness, and amenities. - Assist on guest requests when on the floors, i.e. extra pillow, and blankets. - Perform turndown service providing a comfortable evening environment in Guest Rooms. - Clean and refresh the room in the early evening and prepare the room for the guest to sleep in. - Respond to guests’ requests according to Four Seasons standards of friendliness and professionalism. Inform the Supervisor or Management Team of any complaint or issue. Attend daily briefing from supervisor or management. - Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of public areas, back of the house and laundry. Preferred Qualifications and Skills: - Previous high end hospitality experience. - Must be well organized and used to working in a multi-tasking environment. - Must be able to stand for the scheduled shift. - Require reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language, second languages beyond that would be an asset. - Ability to work effectively under pressure and teamwork. - Strong organizational and self-guided multi-tasking skills.
