1. Financial Management and Reporting

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure proper allocation of funds.
  • Support budget preparation and variance analysis to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

4. Team Leadership

  • Provide guidance and support to the finance team, including mentoring junior staff.
  • Assist in training team members on accounting practices and financial tools.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and ensure team alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA) or working towards certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial software (e.g., SQL or similar).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Proficient in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
