We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and support for all users. Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software applications. • Manage software updates, version control, and user installation options. • Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions within the Office 365 environment. • Monitor Office 365 services and address connectivity issues. • Use tools like the Microsoft 365 admin center and PowerShell scripts for optimal performance. • Ensure seamless access to tools and applications for employees. • Collaborate with IT Managers at our client companies to facilitate secure and seamless resource access by our consultants. • Implement and enforce security protocols and procedures to safeguard against cyber threats. • Configure and maintain mailboxes, including email forwarding, shared mailboxes, and security settings. • Enhance secure and efficient email communication. • Perform regular backups of data and develop disaster recovery plans. • Respond to user inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently. • Document IT processes and procedures. • Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies. • Assist with IT projects as assigned. Qualifications: • Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Administrator or related role. • Proven experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory. • Strong understanding of network administration principles and practices. • Working knowledge of various hardware and software applications. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
