MAINTENANCE/ TECHNICIAN

1) To ensure all the production equipment and machinery are in good working order and on compliance with GMP standards, MS ISO 9001:2000, MS 1900:2005, MS 1500:2004 and PIC/S Standard 2) To ensure that maintenance work is not carried out when production is in progress or in a manner that violate GMP 3) To ensure machinery room and workshop is in proper state of order and cleanliness 4) To ensure the service reports are received and work is assigned by priority and completed as needed 5) To ensure that the tasks assigned are carried out in timely and accurate manner 6) To ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out smoothly and without delay or disruption to operations 7) To act as the member First and Rescue Team (FRT) 8) To provide daily machine performance report to the immediate superior by 08.15am each day 9) To plan and execute preventive maintenance activities as requested by both internal and external guidelines and standards 10) To ensure adherence to safety and disciplinary requirements at all times 11) To ensure clear identification of all equipment and machinery under warranty and to ensure that there is no tampering of such equipment and machinery 12) To ensure that all machinery and equipment available on the production floor have fully traceable documentation for all work carried for each machine 13) To assist in preparation documentations as and when required 14) To ensure strict adherence to discipline and GMP requirements on the factory premises at all times 15) To ensure strict adherence to SOPs, BMRs/BPRs and other relevant document at all times 16) To ensure all maintenance/engineering activities are carried out in a timely fashion and on such a manner that causes minimal or no disruptions to the production process 17) To report any deviations from written specification, documents, or SOPs o the superior 18) To undertake any assignment and task directed by the superior
