Site: Putrajaya Job Responsibilities: • To lead the FMC • Monitor and report all renovation/addition work by client agencies. • Understand, comply with and implement every contractual obligation given. • Prepare a task schedule for each staff member and ensure that it is fully implemented and responsible for the results, quality and discipline of each staff member. • Attend all meetings with clients and do presentations at each monthly maintenance meeting. • Prepare reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other incidents for supervisors and other relevant staff. • To ensure work records are kept neatly and in order. Requirements: • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil). • Minimum of 7 years experience in facilities management and/or property management.
