- Be the first point of contact - respond swiftly and professionally to customer inquiries on Facebook,Instragram and Tik Tok.
- Keep IT Ryt - deliver clear, friendly, and typo-free communication in English and Malay (Mandarin is plus).
- Solve with confidence-understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
- Collaborate & align-work closely with the Social Media and Brand team to ensure brand messaging stays on point.
- Stay sharp-track common inquiries, document insights, and help us continuously improve
- Prior experience in social media customer support.
- Engaging writing skills – make every response sound human, helpful and on-brand.
- Tech-savvy & adaptable – navigating multiple platforms is second nature to you.
- Self-starter mindset – take initiative and always looks for ways to improve the Customer Experience.
- Details-oriented – attention to detail on typos, grammar mistakes, and unclear messaging
- Quarterly KPI Allowance: Up to RM 1,800
- Language Allowance: RM 500 (for Mandarin speakers)
- Overtime: Eligible based on business needs
- Access to Public Transport: Asia Jaya LRT station
Working Hours & Days
- Monday to Sunday: 5 days work, 2 rotational off days
- Weekdays & Weekends: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
