  • Keep IT Ryt - deliver clear, friendly, and typo-free communication in English and Malay (Mandarin is plus).
  • Solve with confidence-understand customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.
  • Collaborate & align-work closely with the Social Media and Brand team to ensure brand messaging stays on point.
  • Stay sharp-track common inquiries, document insights, and help us continuously improve
  • Prior experience in social media customer support.
  • Engaging writing skills – make every response sound human, helpful and on-brand.
  • Tech-savvy & adaptable – navigating multiple platforms is second nature to you.
  • Self-starter mindset – take initiative and always looks for ways to improve the Customer Experience.
  • Details-oriented – attention to detail on typos, grammar mistakes, and unclear messaging
  • Quarterly KPI Allowance: Up to RM 1,800
  • Language Allowance: RM 500 (for Mandarin speakers)
  • Overtime: Eligible based on business needs
  • Access to Public Transport: Asia Jaya LRT station

    Working Hours & Days

    • Monday to Sunday: 5 days work, 2 rotational off days
    • Weekdays & Weekends: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
