1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist in job posting, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents.
  • Coordinate new employee orientation and training.

    2. Employee Records & Payroll Support

    • Maintain employee records and update HR databases in info tech system.
    • Assist in processing payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
    • Handle staff claims and benefits.

      3. HR Operations & Compliance

      • Ensure company policies comply with Malaysian labor laws.
      • Assist in HRDF, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
      • Support in handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

        4. Office Administration & Support

        • Prepare HR-related reports and documents.
        • Assist in organizing staff activities and engagement programs.
        • Handle general HR inquiries and support daily HR operations.

          5. Ad-hoc Tasks

          • Undertake any additional tasks and duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

  • At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in the HR or administrative roles is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (fluent in writing and speaking)
  • Basic understanding of Malaysian labor laws
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, INFO TECH software, good record-keeping
  • Team player with good problem-solving & multitasking skills.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willing to learn, work independently, and take on ad-hoc tasks.
  • Must possess a vehicle and be willing to travel between the branches.
  • Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (including 1hrs break)
