
Human Resource Assistant (Mandarin Speaker)

- At least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the HR or administrative roles is preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (fluent in writing and speaking)
- Basic understanding of Malaysian labor laws
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint, INFO TECH software, good record-keeping
- Team player with good problem-solving & multitasking skills.
- Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willing to learn, work independently, and take on ad-hoc tasks.
- Must possess a vehicle and be willing to travel between the branches.
- Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (including 1hrs break)
- Working days: 5 days per week
- Minimum 1 year working experience in the HR or administrative roles is preferred
