Duties & Responsibilities: Human Resources 1. In charge of staff & contract driver’s recruitment. From advertisement, selection of potential candidates based on requirements from HOD, scheduling interviews and issuing related letters. Maintain a good communication with the Group HR department. 2. In charge of internal memo and related official letters issuance. To highlight to the respective HODs or CEO on any staff misconduct and to organize a domestic inquiry as and when required. 3. In charge of staff training through HRDC’s levy or grant system. From applying for a training grant approval to reimbursement of expenses claim upon training completion. 4. In charge of staff record’s filing. Ensure all P&C documents are kept up to date and correctly file in a secure place. Admin 1. Handle and manage daily attendance and leave record for all staff. Have an up-to-date record of all Leave/MC Form. Ensure all data are well maintained and recorded in the system. 2. Monitor and inspect cleaner’s daily task, ensure the cleanliness of the whole workplace area and office compound. 3. In charge of stationeries, pantries and office supplies. Ensure all supplies are always sufficient based on the budget given. 4. Assist other departments for any visitors. To prepare the meeting room, serve refreshments and clean up after each visit/meeting. 5. Support the Team in attending office/staff issues and to complete any ad-hoc task assigned by superior from time to time. Requirements: 1. Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus. 2. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the related field. 3. Strong understanding of HR principles, labor laws, regulations, payroll regulations tax, tax laws and compliance requirements. 4. Good knowledge and communication skills. 5. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, able to multitask. 6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and able to work independently with minimum supervision. A good team player. 8. Pleasant personality and able to handle pressure. 9. Proactive, adaptable, able to learn and collaborate with all staff levels. 10. Prior experience in administrative tasks and office management is advantageous.
