Marketing & Communications Executive

Job Responsibilities: • Responsible for designing and implementing creative graphics projects on marketing campaigns. • Carries out photography and videography tasks on site and doing editing on respective software’s i.e Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects. • Assist in creating marketing content for the firm’s website and all digital marketing channels, including social media and other platforms. • Assisting in managing the company’s social media. • Assist in event space leasing and tenant leasing; media and public relations, and events. • Carries out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirement: • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication or equivalent. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design tools, i.e Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier Pro and Adobe After Effects or any other equivalent design tools. • Possesses photography and videography skills. • Good writing and communication skill in English and Mandarin. • Keen interest in Sarawak culture, ecology and arts, and passion for meaningful property developments is a plus.
