BHD. is seeking an Account Assistant to support our finance team in managing daily financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards to contribute to the company’s overall financial health and growth. Key Responsibilities Financial Record Keeping - Assist in maintaining and updating financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payment transactions. - Record daily financial transactions accurately into accounting software. Accounts Payable and Receivable - Prepare and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals. - Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies. Bank Reconciliation - Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded. - Monitor cash flow and report any discrepancies. Financial Reporting Support - Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Support the team during audits by organizing and providing necessary documentation. Compliance and Documentation - Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions and compliance with company policies. - Assist in filing taxes, preparing statutory reports, and other regulatory requirements. Administrative Support - Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed. - Handle correspondence related to financial matters with clients, vendors, or regulatory bodies. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in accounting or finance-related roles, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. - Fluent in Mandarin (required). - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
