  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

• Prepare tender, quotation and contract documents, including bills of quantities. • Be aware and understand the companies Health and Safety procedures and ensure compliance with company procedures and policies. • Review contract conditions, advice recommendations with Director and negotiate amendments to documentation with clients. • Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders and quotations. • Undertaking costs value analysis including cost value reporting, value management and cost control. • Assist in the development of company procedures where required. • Maintaining awareness of the different building contracts in current use. • Preparation of monthly progress claims; Verify payment certificate and follow up in progress payments. • Liaising with client, site manager and site Quantity Surveyor for progress claim. • Travelling from the office to various sites as required. • Documenting any requested changes in design for variation works claim. • Provide general support or ad hoc task assigned by Top Management.
