Role Description
As the Marketing & Brand Lead, you will take ownership of marketing strategy, branding, and partnerships. You will work closely with our dedicated Digital Marketer and collaborate with external service providers (designers, event organisers, SEO experts).
This role offers the opportunity to shape and grow the marketing team as the company expands.
Responsibilities
Team & Project Coordination
• Work closely with the Digital Marketer to ensure seamless execution of digital campaigns.
• Oversee marketing projects and delegate tasks effectively.
Branding & Corporate Identity.
• Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Oversee branding elements such as uniforms, slides, training materials, and corporate messaging.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s values and mission.
Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, events).
• Develop strategic marketing initiatives to support sales and brand positioning.
• Monitor and refine marketing efforts based on data insights.
Service Provider & Vendor Management
• Manage relationships with external vendors, including designers, event organisers, and copywriters.
• Ensure timely execution and quality delivery of outsourced projects.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement
• Support the sales team with marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with sales to optimise conversion rates and improve customer retention.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing channels.
• Provide insights on marketing ROI, customer engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and branding role.
• Strong understanding of brand management, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
• Experience working with external agencies and service providers.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in tracking and improving marketing performance.
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
