• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, optimizing campaigns for better engagement.

4. Internal Communications

• Develop internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees.

• Support HR in internal branding initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

• Organize and lead internal events like town halls to ensure organizational transparency.

5. Crisis Communication Management

• Serve as the key point of contact for crisis communications.

• Develop crisis communication plans to safeguard the company's reputation.

• Train senior leadership on crisis communication protocols.

6. Budget & Team Management

• Manage the marketing communications budget to maximize ROI.

• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.

• Oversee external agencies and vendors for efficient campaign execution.

7. Stakeholder Engagement

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

• 8+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a strong focus on corporate branding and digital marketing, preferably within the IT or data center industry.

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies that align with business objectives.

• Strong understanding of the IT/Data Center industry, including trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.- Experience in crisis communication management and handling high pressure situations.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics tools.
