JOB DESCRIPTIONS: • Perform daily administrative duties for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor including secretarial, liaison, communication and documentation support, arrangement and reminders of appointments and meeting schedules. • As an administrator, the Personal Assistant to the Deputy Vice-Chancellor will perform a key role in designing administrative processes to facilitate effective and efficient University College for academic, research, and postgraduate studies management. This task will be completed in consultation with the Quality Assurance personnel assigned to manage ISO processes. • Provide high level administrative and executive support to the Deputy Vice Chancellor and various institutional committees and working groups. Prepare agendas, schedule meetings and ensure follow up action occurs on various matters. • Preparing materials for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for meetings, presentation to statutory boards, partners, customers, etc. Provide support and cooperation to all the Heads (School & Department) and staff. • Compiling, coordinating and updating necessary and relevant reports for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor. • Design and manage an effective filling system for academic management, research and postgraduate studies related documents. • Take minutes of meetings that the Deputy Vice-Chancellor may instruct from time to time. • Draft and/or proof-read documents/minutes/reports/write-ups/speeches and presentations. • Making necessary travel arrangements for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, company guests, and visitors. JOB REQUIREMENTS: • A recognised Master Degree in sciences, business administration, or relevant field of study. • Fresh Master Degree graduates are encouraged to apply. • Pleasant personality, committed, driven and mature person. • Ability to multi-task and possess strong attention to details. • Good time management, methodical, logical and organised. • Proficient in English both written and oral.
