Project Executive / Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Executive to manage marketing and advertising projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management within the marketing and advertising industry, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Key responsibilities include defining project scope, coordinating teams, tracking progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Job Responsibilities: ◾ Oversees projects and supervises the people working on the projects and the projects themselves. ◾ Creating project timelines and budgets. ◾ Responsible for debriefing and drafting meeting reporting. ◾ Building and maintaining client relationships. ◾ Managing project workflow. ◾ Able to handle social media / social media literacy. ◾ Liaise with internal creative, as well as external vendors and freelancers. Requirements: Professional Certificate/Diploma & Degree in relevant field. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia language. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills. The ability to manage time and prioritize tasks is essential. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
