Responsibilities: • Provide front-line support to our customers via live chats, phones, and email. • Answering queries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotion. • Address customer feedback as well as complaints professionally. • Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary. • Supporting documentation/administrative needs within the department and supporting translation for customer announcement notices. Qualifications: • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor in Business Adminstration, Marketing or equivalent • 2-5 years working experience, preferably in Customer Service (Financial / Forex industry would be a distinct advantage). • A genuine interest in working in financial markets and client services. • Willing to work on shifts (Including weekends if required). • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Fluent in Vietnamese, Mandarin and English including written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
