1. Job Summary: Responsible for assisting Project Head in the smooth administration function and to resolve all technical and site problems. 2. Duties and responsibilities: a - Works planning, programming, supervision and coordinating. b - To check all drawing discrepancies and liaise with Project Head to resolve all technical and site problems. c - Material delivery projection and wastage control including vetting through all documents pertaining to goods received and issuance. d - Site organization including control and motivation and sub-ordinates. e - Control and supervise domestic and nominated sub-contractors. f - Attend site meeting with consultants, sub-contractors, NSC, suppliers and site staff. g - Report to Project Head with regards to site progress sub-contractor’s performance and others. h - Carry out staff performance appraisal and submit to Project Head at appropriate interval. i - Verify leave apply by site staff and verify sub-contractor wages. j - Undertake any other duties instructed by superior from time to time. 3. Requirements : - Possess minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. - Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field. - Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with client, consultants, constructions team and sub-contractors. - Independent, discipline and proactive person. - Required Skill(s) : Microsoft Office, AutoCAD. 4.
