Assistant Production Manager - Kulai

Oversee the daily operations of the production line and manage the production team. Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Ensure production targets and quality standards are met while minimizing costs. Implement and maintain safety standards and promote a safe working environment. Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and implement corrective actions. Monitor the performance of equipment and suggest upgrades or maintenance as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, engineering, and quality assurance. Manage production inventory and ensure materials are available for timely production. Lead and train production staff, including organizing schedules and conducting performance reviews. Maintain production records and reports, providing updates to management. Skills and Attributes: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in production management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Good knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety protocols, and quality control. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
