QUALITY ENGINEER

Quality Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive quality plans for AC motor production, aligning with company standards and customer requirements. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality inspections and audits to identify and address potential defects or non-conformances. Process Improvement: Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance quality and efficiency. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and measure process effectiveness. Supplier Quality Management: Oversee the quality performance of suppliers and ensure they meet our standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including inspection reports, control charts, and process flow diagrams. Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to ensure they understand and adhere to quality procedures. Customer Satisfaction: Foster strong relationships with customers and address their quality concerns promptly and effectively. Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality management within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of quality tools and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and ISO 9001. Proficiency in Mandarin (preferred). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
