MAIN WORK SCOPE: 1. Produce visuals (illustrations, photos, logos, icons, vectors) that are suitable for conveying messages in advertising, corporate identity, websites, packaging, multimedia and so on. 2. Produce a design concept that consists of a combination of design elements and principles according to the company's requirements. 3.Responsible for the layout (layout) as well as the format in each design produced in order to meet the taste and have aesthetic value, decorative value and commercial value. 4. As a design advisor, as well as giving advice in the selection of colors, text, visuals, styles and so on, according to the suitability of the design to be produced. 5.Ensure that each design is printed well according to the specifications that have been mutually agreed upon so that quality can be maintained. 6. To coordinate and manage project timeline and deliverables within the time given Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Create visual concepts and designs to communicate idea that inspire, inform, and captivate in line with brand identity 2. Under the direction of the Director of Brand marketing, manages the look and feel, concept, visual development and final execution of all design directions 3. Create engaging and visually appealing content through graphics, visuals, photography and videos for social media platforms 4. In-house photographer for events, arranging and conducting photography in relation to brand Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field 2. At least 1 years work experience in graphic design role 3. Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver 4. Photography skills and experience will be an advantage 5. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and attention to detail 6. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 7. Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior designers and marketing professionals
