Education & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role. • Experience working with C-suite executives in a fast-paced corporate environment. 2. Skills & Competencies: a) Executive Support & Administration • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and discretion. • Experience in preparing executive-level documents, reports, and presentations. b) Communication & Interpersonal Skills • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus). • Ability to interact confidently with senior executives, board members, and high-profile clients. • Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills. c) Technical Proficiency • Advanced proficiency in MicrosoS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint). • Familiarity with project management tools and virtual communication platforms (Zoom, Teams). • Experience managing confidential digital files and records. d) Confidentiality & discretion • Strong understanding of corporate confidentiality and ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion. • Compliance with ethical business practices and corporate governance principles. e) Problem-Solving & Adaptability • Ability to anticipate the CEO’s needs and positively resolve issues. • Excellent judgment, decision-making skills, and adaptability in dynamic situations. 3. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements. • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO. • Conduct research and provide briefings for key business meetings. • Handle confidential communications and ensure smooth workflow for the CEO. • Oversee special projects and coordinate cross-departmental initiatives. • Manage expense reports, vendor relationships, and administrative tasks. 4.
