HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT a) Formulate, manage, and coordinate the establishment and day to day execution of company’s human resource policies and practices to ensure harmonious employee-management relationship. b) Identify and develop appropriate programs for employee retention, enhance work performance and cultivation of healthy habits. c) Build HR into strong function to support the organization’s needs and business direction; d) Ensure the compliance with legal, contractual, or statutory procedures on personnel management such as recruiting, welfare benefits and work contract termination. e) Defining job positions for recruitment and managing the interview process. f) Process monthly employee payroll & sales incentives and ensure timely payout. g) Responsible for annual EA-Form preparation. h) Responsible for HRDF matter i) Annual staff insurance renewal. j) Carrying out staff induction for new team members. k) Managing personnel’s individual and collective development, such as training, assessment, and promotions. l) Overseeing the smooth running of HR-related administrative tasks, such as holiday management, sick leave, replacement jobs and wage payments. m) Following up litigation and disputes involving company personnel. n) Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results. o) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. p) Defines organizational goals and align department effectively. q) Act as liaison between employees and other management level executives. r) Develop effective e platform and channel for training and development for human resource. s) Establish an emotional connection for employees, management, and the organization as a whole. t) Coordinate for team building, kick off meeting and training. u) Set up office to a conducive and motivating working environment. v) Share via WhatsApp chat group on positive news. w) Champion for corporate value and device long term strategy for corporate identity instillation. x) And such other duties as the Company may from time to time direct. ADMINISTRATIVE a) Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. b) Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports. c) Organize and maintain the office filing and company shared drive. d) Handling for 5S (office cleanliness and tidiness audit), once per month. e) And such other duties as the Company may from time to time direct. Reporting: You are required to report to the Chief Operating Officer in his/her absence, to any other authorized representative of The Group Company.
