Responsibilities and Duties Perform daily customer support tasks for assigned customers. Be responsible for ensuring service management SLAs are met and maintained. Monitor technical issues that arise and perform troubleshooting and ensure troubleshooting processes and procedures. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated, provide timely status updates to relevant stakeholders/parties. Document and track customer issues using ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Hubspot) Participate in implementation projects for customers and complete assigned tasks according to each project. Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the documentation throughout the support lifecycle, including document new/changes on the functional and design specification. To provide excellent service to customers and always ensure customer satisfaction. Hands-on participation in project deployment where required. Any other task/s assigned by the Company as when necessary Skills and Specifications Detail oriented, proven ability to work effectively both independently and in team-based environment. Ensure the committed project deadline is met with quality. Team player, good communication skills and interpersonal skills. Possess knowledge of programming languages Java, JavaScript and HTML.Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, and database management. Basic knowledge of Enterprise IT Software, and IT security best practices and procedures.Familiar with UNIX, LINUX operating platform and bash scripting. Knowledge of container such docker, docker swarm and Kubernetes is an advantage. Experience with security protocols and standards (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID) is an advantage Able to travel if required. Education and Qualifications Preferably a diploma/degree in Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science or related course in computers/technology.
