  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: CNC PROGRAMMING & MACHINIST EXPERT LASER AUTOMATION ENGINEERING SDN BHD seeks a CNC PROGRAMMING & MACHINIST EXPERT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name • Simulate and test CNC programs before production to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Creating complex 2D/3D models and CNC programs for machining processes. • Developing efficient G-code and M-code for CNC operations. • Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and CAD/CAM software • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Determine the best machining process, tooling, and cutting parameters. • Load raw materials and select the correct tools, cutting speeds, and feeds • Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using measuring tools • Develop complex multi-axis CNC programs • Integrate automation solutions like robotic arms and automated tool changers • Design and fabricate custom work holding fixtures for complex parts. • Use reverse engineering to develop CNC programs for existing components. • Conduct Statistical Process Control analysis to maintain process stability. • Interpret GD&T for precise part specifications • Integrate real-time machine monitoring for predictive maintenance. • Apply chip control strategies to prevent burrs and edge damage. • Collaborate with design engineers to refine prototypes before mass production. • Monitor machining operations to ensure precision, efficiency, and minimal material waste. • Implement lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce scrap. • Perform first-article inspections and in-process inspections • Implement high-speed machining techniques for efficient cutting. • Identify and resolve spindle alignment, backlash, chatter, and vibration issues. • Consider tools required to cut particular materials and program machines accordingly • Organizes, daily, the CNC Protected programming files for proper retrieval and retention. • Write programs based on customer prints, models, etc. • Use computer software to model cutting paths and program machines accordingly Required Skills: The required skills for the position CNC PROGRAMMING & MACHINIST EXPERT are as follow: • Min 5 years’ experience in CNC PROGRAMMING & MACHINIST and troubleshooting is necessary. • Candidate must possess relevant education certification • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software • Experience with multi-axis CNC machining • Experience in using NDT methods. • Ability to generate toolpaths optimized for machining. • Expertise in programming for CNC machines • Knowledge of post-processing techniques for various CNC controllers • Proficiency in using precision measuring tools • Ability to conduct SPC and RCA.
